Over the last ten years or so, I have been writing and singing songs, and this year decided to record some of them. My intention is to get these ‘healing’ songs out into the world in a fairly simple ‘live’ fashion, and then follow up with another album that has more songs, musicians, instruments and production.
This album, ‘Heaven on Earth’ has me singing, Eddie Chilvers playing the piano, and Ruth Blake singing vocal harmonies, mixed and produced by Ben Capp They are a collection of upbeat, playful, jazzy/bluesy, boogie-woogie tunes and soulful songs.
