I have experienced a bold start to 2011, with a Pygmy initiation in Gabon West Africa. Not for the faint-hearted, this was a 5 day process of symbollic cleansing, a death of the old self and a rebirth of the new. It was wonderful to be immersed in the Pygmy tribal culture, with their beautiful songs and dances, and indeed I feel brand new.
