The Year of the Rabbit is sandwiched between the year of the Tiger (2010) and the year of the dragon (2012). Whilst Tiger and Dragon years can be dramatic – both on a personal and world level, a Rabbit year tends to be associated with home & family, art, diplomacy, and keeping the peace. Therefore we can expect 2011 to be the calm before the storm of 2012.
The Metal element does have an intense influence however.
